Knowing and giving

This reflection comes from my working life and came to me as a revelation, right after reaching a goal.

The point is how much knowledge you have and how much you need. Many believe they know, but they just do all the standard things that pass under their nose. Others know, but adapt to what they have around them. In the first case we are dealing with know-it-alls who certainly exaggerate their own image. In the other we are dealing with people who are demoralised because they are unable to put themselves into action.

My reflection was exactly this: knowledge matures where that knowledge is present, and withers where there is surrender.

We acquire a creed (meaning a universal way of doing something) in a particular place on Earth. If we moved away from that place, then our knowledge might be called into question, and we risk keeping ourselves on the sidelines and not letting others know our way of being or doing, and why not, also the best way (that we learned) to do that thing well, but in a new way.

The problem is work-related, but I want to get to the point that the mind manages everything. If we were free from thoughts of judgement, of esteem, and why not of self-esteem, like children who argue with each other and then go back to playing together, then we could, with our simplicity, give and act freely.

What blocks us is tiredness, the urge to do things on tiptoe or, on the contrary, the urge to do them like a know-it-all. All things that come from a human way of acting and never lead anywhere.

I'll cut it short, as I usually do by now, so as not to open a thousand discussions, and I'll say this: if you know where your knowledge comes from and you know it is infallible, then all you have to do is put it into practice simply, mainly in your own life. Your example will naturally be reflected in the lives of others, who will surely love to follow you.

It's not a rule but a lifestyle, and it works. My life has been changing as I've personally gone deeper into reading the Bible, and I've made simplicity my own. Now it's your turn to discover, to know and to go deeper.

I came close alone and willingly; I also asked for answers, and at the right moment they came to me, divinely too. I love inviting people to discover for themselves and, if needed, to talk it over together. They are steps, and I can assure you I have reached many goals.

Have a good first step.
